Sides was all family cemetery. The graves inside the larger rock wall was put there first. Then a couple of other extended family members chose to be in the site, the rock wall was extended to accommodate.

The interesting info is that there are a couple of graves outside behind the rock wall. Information from those who are still alive today say that there was an accidental gunshot individual who died and he was buried in the grave outside the rock wall. It isn't clear if it all happened in an evening. Were the police involved? Those involved called the Sides family for permission to bury him near the back rock wall. Permission given. Seems he was shot and buried the same night. Much a mystery, more to come on this. We believe his name was Dimmitt, not confirmed.

Inside the rock wall Sides cemetery is Claudia Anderson b.1875 d.1947, Gust Anderson, b. 1859 d.1935, Mary E. (Ellen) Sides (owner of the general store at Stafford in 1900), (Our daughter W.S. & M.E. b.1893-94? d.1904)Mary Sides and husband, Chester A. Son of W.S. and M.E. Sides d. 1887 age 25 years, d. 1904., ? Sides b. 1852 d.1896, Daughter of WS and ME Sides, b. 1893., and Margaret Lowrance b. 1907 d. 1907 (believe died at birth (?).
